The process is what’s important.
Here are some painting’s I’ve been working on for the exhibition. Can’t wait to finish them!
- Matt
Hi everyone! I have been working tirelessly away at my zine, but I have also been working on paintings for the exhibition. Here is a work in progress:

I will be donating 10% of any art I sell in this exhibition to Sea Shepherd. Have a look at the Brisbane division, and see upcoming events.
Thanks, Matt.
ThePCC are pleased to announce that Hobo DJs will be playing a live mash-up set at our September 2 Triple Zine Launch! For Hobo DJ mash-ups to make you smile go here.
In the meantime you can catch Hobo Obituaries live tonight (Thursday July 29) at The Cavern at Nobby’s Beach, Gold Coast. The Cavern & Forcefeed Live Art have been putting on a kick arse live art, music, beer & pizza on Thursdays. The live art has been phenomenal to say the least! The vibe has been very positive and nurturing for artists and art lovers. Great to see a local business like the Cavern supporting live music and art under one roof. The super talented artist-tattooist Sean Henry will be painting tonight!
We’re pleased to announce there will also be live art happening at our launch. Artists will be announced soon… stay tuned.
Come hang with Miss Bianca & Hobo DJs tonight!
Have a creative, productive day folks…
Love,
thePCC

Dear Creators,
A very special invitation…
Calling all artists! As part of the Paper Cuts Collective triple zine launch and exhibition at the Bleeding Heart Gallery September 1-3, 2010 there will be an art component inspired by my project Conversations With Punx: A Spiritual Dialogue. I have approached some of my all-time favourite artists to create and contribute a piece to the exhibition—some of the folks interviewed for the project will be taking part which is super exciting, as are some of my favourite tattooists. I will be announcing the artists that are locked in shortly so stay tuned!
I would also like to extend the invitation to the greater community of kick ass artists out there… if you would like to be a part of this very special event celebrating zines, d.i.y. culture, music, art & Conversations With Punx… please get in contact for details: conversationswithbianca [at] gmail [dot] com.
Due to space restrictions and so many wonderful artists being onboard already there is very limited slots. The invitation is worldwide… the event is being held in Brisbane, Australia so you need to be able to get your work here. Any questions please ask.
Please pass this on to anyone you think may be interested. Reblog. Share.
Let’s make something truly wonderful together!

The new issue of Demolish (#6) is coming together well. Below is an artwork made by Clint Searston (Demolish feature artist) from Townsville.
