The word limit is a max of 500 words r 3 images, You can submit anything ‘you would like to see in print and read by strangers’ BUT please ensure it’s ‘G rated’ as some readers may be young people and children and of course not work created by some one else.

Don’t forget to include your full name, age and postal address (so we can send you a copy!)
